Lloyd Center for Trauma-Informed Leadership
Advancing the Research, Education, and Practice of Trauma-Informed Leadership.
The Lloyd Center equips leaders to understand how trauma, chronic stress, adversity, and organizational conditions influence behavior, communication, trust, decision-making, performance, and workplace culture.
Our Mission
Why the Center Exists
Founded by Dr. Rebekah C. Lloyd, the Lloyd Center advances the research, education, and practical application of trauma-informed leadership — helping leaders move beyond simply being trauma-aware to creating environments where people can experience greater safety, trust, connection, and opportunity to thrive.
The Center's work is grounded in Dr. Lloyd's Trauma-Informed Leadership Impact Framework™ and the Wounded Strength Model™, equipping leaders to transform lived experience into wisdom, empathy, resilience, and purposeful leadership.
